Indeed. Could someone please answer: * What was the precise usability penalty of the interlanguage links being visibie by default? * What are the numbers behind this decision? And, most importantly, and the key question which people have been iteratively trying to find the answer to: * What would it take for the Foundation to agree to the interlanguage links being made visible by default once more?
