BGP4+ isn't supported in at least version 7.2.00 for FESX/others,
according to the release notes.

no neighbor abcd:abcd::1 activate

Should I be misreading them: You're activating it under the default
"address-family ipv4 unicast" with that statement. You'll probably
want to change to a more appropriate address-family.
