I cannot perform a coherent write/read to/from foxbone registers. I've tried flashing the foxboard with image fimage_300_v100.tar.bz2 and fimage_311_v100.tar.bz2, but I get the same problem.My kernel is the 2.6.
Register #40 seems to be ok. but register #1000 always reads back a 6. By mistake I've flashed the Fpga with fimage_300_v100.tar.bz2. >From the docs, I get that flashing the board is sufficient to use the foxbone interface. But this involves flashing the fpga as a side-effect? How can I test the fpga? I cannot find the flash_fpga test program from Actel (not in the Libero/Designer package?) But, then, is it usable in the acme configuration?
