fdisk /dev/sdb set one partition /dev/sdb1 with type b formatted using mkfs.vfat Mounted with: /bin/mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt/0 Nothing else, except that sometimes the program have to do several tries before successfully mounting the usb Key.
