Hi all
I have 2 printers. one for alarms and the other for reports. I have configured
in the system definition the 2 printers to backup each other.
When the alarms printers is off, alarms are printed on the backup printer.But
whenever the report printer is off the other printer never works as backup and
prints the reports.
Does anybody know what is the problem?
