Send an E-mail to
Dottie Morse at The Foxboro Company, and ask her for the results.
([EMAIL PROTECTED]).
She has access to Quality Data Systems, which counts the number of units in
the field, the number of returns, and the field proven MTBF.
Until last October, when The Foxboro Company laid me off, I was the
reliability engineer tracking field performance of FBMs and other I/A
equipment. Now, along with the retirement of Lubbo Winkel in the
Netherlands, there is no longer a reliability engineer at Foxboro.
Sincerely,
John Peter Rooney
ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer #2425
ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer #1466
