Compiling the cpstrnew rtl with fixes_2_4 does not work:
1. Build compiler executable with 2.2.4 / 2.4.0
2. Build RTL with the new executable
3. Rebuild the compiler with the new executable and built RTL
That can be accomplished with the following command in the compiler dir:
make cycle PP=/path/to/ppc386-2.2.4
