If a correctly done Posix compliant program does not run on some system there is a bug in the infrastructure.

This discussion is not about which programming paradigm is better, but it is only sensible because an example of a not correctly working Posix compliant program had been offered and thus it's necessary to localize the bug and - if same is not in the user software - request a patch.
