Yes, taking into account one minor nitpick: the globally installed ppcx64 on 
Mac OS X is an i386->x86-64 cross-compiler rather than a native x86-64 
compiler. That's why the CPU_SOURCE=x86_64 is required, otherwise the makefiles 
get confused.
