Just a slight correction: everything in "packages" is not "RTL" (except
maybe the "rtl-*" packages). The RTL itself resides in directory "rtl".
Regarding your problem: have you tested running "make clean all PP=..."
inside the fcl-base directory? Otherwise you could try to execute the
compiled fpmake binary in that directory with -h and see what options it
provides.
