No. These merge requests are against main and either fix bugs or add
features there. They have nothing to do with 3.2.x.

We already have a 3.2.3 that's in rather good shape, but needs a few final
merges (e.g. some fixes for macOS) and then the final push to get it out
the door as 3.2.4.
