Type "man socket" on the command line and have a look at the "ERRORS"
section. You can also do
if fpsocket(..)=-1 then
writeln(fpgeterrno);
to see what the specific error number is in your case (you can look
up the meaning of those error numbers in
/usr/include/asm-generic/errno-base.h and
/usr/include/asm-generic/errno.h)
