I just committed a version with configurable --primary-config-path
parameter. If not specified or empty, the original behavious still
applies (eg. somewher below %localappdata% on windows, somewhere below ~
on Unix).

Also committed your Unix unit= fix for FPC make, and fpc.sh launcher
script creation. Thanks.

Have not compiled in or tested on Linux though.
