>I never had the problem because before the else I always inserted a ";" I know it's 50+ years too late for me to submit ideas for the Pascal language, but in my perfect world you could put a semicolon at the end of anything, and if it "doesn't belong there" it's just treated as a no-op. I know this makes it harder for the compiler designer, but it sure makes it easier for me as a user.
