It's 24 chapters, and each has a matching tutorial so that you can use for hands-on self-paced training. While the book costs a lot less than a formal training course I do suggest that option as well. I deliver online training as well. There are several other great resources on the mailing list that may follow up as well. Best of luck, and feel free to start with the free tutorials first.
