I agree with Fred, having used Helvetica for a while , but now using Segoe UI for body text. And of course no discussion of Helvetica is complete without mention of the documentary "Helvetica", which is now available through Netflix and probably other sources as well. http://www.helveticafilm.com/

If you are talking about all caps, the differences in most letterforms are pretty subtle (altough a few, like the capital R, are markedly different).
