But the editor is a Major One that is pretty thoroughly customized for the client's environment, deliverables, and workflow (e.g., translation; shipping). If I had to pull the trigger now, to get one for freelance work (my clients tend to own the tools, whether I recommend them or not) then I'd probably go with oXygen (with a SVN CMS).
