This happens to me with my CS6 license when I try to use it on my laptop while
in Mexico. I can't remember if it similarly affected my TCS 3 installation
(FM10) on the same laptop. Changing locations drastically seems to cause the
affect, as well as lack of internet access (complaints about licensing pop up
if you aren't connected to the internet).
