Hi Laura,

Make a copy of the files.

Then, in the copy delete the conditions that you do NOT want shown in the 
output. When you delete a condition, you are given the option to make the text 
unconditional or to delete it. You'll want to delete it. After you do that, 
save the file out to RTF.
