Well, I am glad to see it is an issue for everyone ;-)

I am going try the fix today. "Winding the clock back" yesterday worked ok
for me to do what I need to so will see what happens with the fix. I have
been reading all your posts, most informative.

Can't remember who was trying to use the Adobe chat service - but don't !
They will just tell you it is a technical problem and point you to the web
site links anyway.
