Hi Shashwati, The first thing that comes to my mind is Tokyo Drifter (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061101/ <http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061101/>), which I’d described as neonoir. There’s a scene in which the protagonist sings a song in a manner that is very related to musical films, but it’s not a musical film.
