I have a bunch of 12-120mm but they don't have the dogleg. You specifically need the model with the dogleg. You need to talk to Whitehouse AV out in LA who is the go-to guy for these lenses.
It is possible for the Berthiot to be modified to reverse the finder prism but to be honest it's not really worth the trouble.
