There is Ian Hugo’s ‘Jazz of Lights’ with Moondog and Anais Nin -  though the 
music is by Bebe & Lois Barron rather than Jazz per se.  

Len Lye’s ‘Tal Farlow’

and comparatively more recent there are films  that use free jazz &  improvised 
music - worth reading this article in ‘The Wire’ (2015)
