When was the last time it got a PM? It likely just needs to be completely torn down, cleaned, and lubricated.
The DeVry is very easy to work on... way easier than an eyemo. Any cine tech should be able to do it, but be aware that it is still time-consuming. DuAll is nice if you're convenient to New York but there are plenty of other shops out there.
