Pace Picante Beef & Beans

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients:


2 tbsp. cornstarch 
2 tbsp. water 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil 
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes
1 tbsp. chili powder 
3/4 cup PaceĀ® Picante Sauce 
1 can (about 16 oz.) black beans 
1 can (about 15 oz.) pinto beans 
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes 


Directions:


MIX cornstarch and water until smooth. Set aside.
HEAT oil in saucepot. Add beef and chili powder and cook until beef is browned 
and juices evaporate, stirring often.
ADD picante sauce, black beans, pinto beans and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Cover 
and cook over low heat 5 min. or until beef is done.
STIR cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, 
stirring constantly.
