Orange Fruit Salad Prep:10 Cook:10 Total:20 Ingredients AmountIngredientPreparation 2cupswaterboiling-divided 1packagegelatin, flavoredlemon 2cupsice cubesdivided 1packagegelatin, flavoredorange 20ouncespineapple, canned, crusheddrained, liquid reserved * 2cupsminiature marshmallows 3largebananassliced 1/2cupcheddar cheesefinely shredded 1cuppineapple juicereserved 1/2cupsugar 1largeeggbeaten 1tablespoonmargarine, non-fat 1cupheavy whipping cream 2tablespoonscornstarch Directions In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup water and lemon jello. Add 1 cup ice cubes, stirring until melted. Add pineapple. Pour into a 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Refrigerate until set. Repeat with orange jello, with remaining ice and water. Stir in marshmallows. Pour over lemon layer; refrigerate until set. For dressing, combine pineapple juice, sugar egg, cornstarch andamp;amp; butter in a pan. Cook over med heat stirring constsntly until thick. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, arrange bananas with whipped cream over jello. Combine dressng with whipped cream; spread over bananas, Sprinkle with cheese.
