Mexican Meat Loaf
2 pounds hamburger meat
1 cup corn chips, crushed
1/3 cup taco sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cups grated cheese
Mix together and place in crockpot on low 8 to 10 hours or high 3 1/2 to 5
hours.
