Mexican Casserole

Prep/Cook Time: About 20 minutes
 
Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup 
1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles
3/4 bag tortilla chips, crushed
Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions:

BROWN beef in skillet. Pour off fat. Combine beef, soups, tomatoes and tortilla 
chips in microwave-safe casserole.
MICROWAVE for 5 to 6 min. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave 1 to 2 min. or 
until cheese melts.
