Please note that they modified the page several times while I was involved
in this discussion.  That specific comment was about an old revision.

However, the current version of the site still has a problem:  while the
HouFUG copyright notice could be in reference to the page and not the
article, the notice doesn't make that at all clear.  This should be changed.

No, they claim a copyright for their site, which is perfectly valid -
look up "compilation copyright" in your favorite search engine.
