You don't want to wait that long -- AsiaBSDCon isn't until March! > Will I be able to use it in eu-west-1 or do I need to build in us-east-1, > save to s3 and import into eu? I've only built the AMI Builders in us-east-1 in the past. But it's very easy to copy AMIs between regions -- you don't need to save to S3 and then re-import them, just use the "copy AMI" command (available as an API call or via the AWS Console). -- Colin Percival Security Officer Emeritus, FreeBSD | The power to serve Founder, Tarsnap | www.tarsnap.com | Online backups for the truly paranoid _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-cloud To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[email protected]"
