Regarding beastie, I originally didn't include it. There was a STRONG negative reaction to its absence. I tend to agree that in its current form it is an aesthetic outlier. It should either be modernized, or we should consider some sort of "history" page that keeps things like older artwork available. The current "FreeBSD Art" page is a good candidate to be converted to "FreeBSD History." Regarding the other logos, totally agree, we should ensure whatever we use is compliant. I do wonder if this falls in the space of "fair use."
