Again IMO: - fontconfig should fall through (no matter if centos or rocky). It was in the past, got changed after the versions diverged too much (binary incompatibility of something generated stuff), and should fall through when compatible. - certs may have not a pki directory, but we install the cert bundle (to LOCALBASE/share/certs/ca-root-nss.crt) and we have the trusted/... stuff in /etc/. I'm sure there is the possibility to fall through.
