There is a kernel MIB, 'net.inet6.ip6.dad_count'.  See inet6(4)
manpage for more detail.

However, there is no way to stop DAD for any given interfaces; only
we have two choices, 'do DAD to any interfaces' or 'do not DAD to all
interfaces'.
