Getting an MCSE or an MCNE doesn't necessarily make one dumb - though some might ask if one couldn't find anything better to do with one's (employer's) time and money. Believing that it's worth more than the paper it's printed on, however, and bragging about it in an open-source forum, raises serious questions about one's intellectual acumen.
