I have a Ryzen 2600, a separate 2 port GbE card, and it has everything else you have. Outfitted like this, it's less than just a server board. I have 3400G processor (you could go even lower to the 2xxx series for less expense. It's much cheaper to have Ryzen, non-ECC memory, desktop motherboard, etc. than just buying a server class motherboard. Server class will be 2-4x more.
