Clean shutdown works now with Bios P3.20. (-:

Do you have ECC RAM installed?

Thanks for the hint with the CPU temp. w/o that patch it does show up in IPMI 
status.
Any idea to get those PSU readings in IPMI to work with a PC PSU (400 Watt 
Seasonic Platinum Series Fanless Modular 80+ Platinum) ?
