Grab the floppy images from
eg. ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/4.7-RELEASE/floppies/
(They're also available on your CDROMs: I think they're in the
/floppies directory on the 1st disk) and make some bootable floppies
as described in the Handbook, Section 2.13.3

You boot from the floppy disks, and then stick your CD in the drive and
actually do the install from there.
