This doesn't look very right. It seems that Sendmail is trying to
locate a binary called:
"exec /usr/local/bin/procmail"
Additional googling suggests adding a local mc file to enable
procmail as a delivery agent.
Not necessarily, but that's a different thing.

Hmmm, that's a bit odd. What changes does your sendmail.mc file have
from the stock version?
