Hi: I have a problem loading the driver for Intel 2200BG Wireless NIC, loading modules if_iwi and iwi_bss I see the following in dmesg:
iwi0: <Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG> mem 0xb0107000-0xb0107fff irq 10 at device 10.0 on pci6 iwi0: Ethernet address: 00:16:6f:93:c9:75 firmware_get: failed to load firmware image iwi_bss iwi0: could not load firmware last two lines repeat. The firmware file in /boot/firmware ... Kernel is 6.1-STABLE, source cvsup'ed three days ago. Problem occurs with GENERIC as well as custom kernel config. I have tried both installing iwi-firmware-kmod and building from this source: http://people.freebsd.org/~mlaier/new_iwi/20060315.both.tgz and http://people.freebsd.org/~mlaier/new_iwi/20060418.both_nofw.tgz (iwiNG) But no difference. Any help on how to solve this is appreciated.
