I meant whatever is used most on commercial UNIX configurations, like Solaris or whatever I'd be likely to encounter on a large site. It appears that CDE is a strictly commercial package, so I won't be using that. How hard is it to _uninstall_ window managers and desktops? Confronted with bewildering choices, I have Xfce downloading now; it looked clean in the screen shots and apparently it doesn't require many resources. KDE looks awfully heavy and adolescent and I don't know that I'm interested in something that tries so hard to be like Windows. -- Anthony _______________________________________________ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
