Can one of you please check if you can still reproduce PR#39475 with
2.1.3? Just start a new game with LANG=zh_CN and look for the
Population, Year and Gold numbers. The patch from PR#39475 fixed this
kind of problems (including the crash reported in PR#40007) on my
system, but perhaps it doesn't fix it for a Japanese or Korean Windows.
