Good.  I do not like trying to mind read the users.

However I have some sympathy for Bryce's option #0 (a "restore factory
defaults" button).  Looking around at the code we have a few hard-coded
accelerators (removed a stray one in git.61c894c), but what remains mostly
is related to debug mode which is special anyway.  Otherwise then, the
default accelerator bindings should be accessible through the .accelerator
entries in the messages, so a restoration routine should be possible.
So rather than closing the bug, I think I will reclassify it as an
Improvement Request.  A "reset" button would be a good student project.
