Hi, a recent change in Arch LInux openjdk packages now allows me to have both java 7 & java 8 installed. and choose which one is used at runtime.
I currently build freecol trunk against java 7, could try the following things : build against java 7 , run with java8 build against java 8, run on java 8 I do expect to discover new bugs that way, but is the time right to start testing freecol trunk that way ?
