If you could tell where you are staying, maybe I can give you even more specific and accurate directions. Nearest Metro Station: Central Secretariat Bus Route from Centt Secretariat to JNU: Catch Bus 680--> it drops you at Munirka-- which is about half a km from JNU. You can also catch 620 or other buses from CP or 623 from Kashmere Gate (ISBT) Metro station. Hope that helps. Also, if you can contact the organizers, I remember that last time they had accomodation in JNU hostels itself-- for volunteers and select outsiders--- so probably you could even figure out abt that--- OR maybe it is not there--- I dont know.
