First of all thank you for getting back so quickly.

I have a friend staying at patparganj . From what I remember it takes
2-3 hours from there to JNU and back.

I have no idea if there is a possibility of that as well to whom
should I enquire for the same, Gora Mohanty or Niyam or somebody else
altogether?
