Dana sent me an email on the side and it talks about the value of postcards, so I am pasting it to the list. -----
My idea on the sending of the "newsletter" was this- we have a pool of 5400 registered Libertarians here in Colorado. Yet we only have what 100 active lib's. In order to get people to help in volunteer hours & funds, we must be orginized....far from it we are!!!! Regardless we need to reach those who are already interested and it is the 5300 registered Libertarian's. We need to peak their interest & yes invade there home with our ideals & request's for fund's. How you ask? We always have a reason guy's & we need to reach them by touching there lives through there own life expierence. Government has too many reasons and we can get there attention by postcard at 22 cents a piece, we can also ask for fund's by postcard request donation's from our registered voter. Besides recieving a membership, registration & the Newsletter for your dues what else do you get? Why not the "liberty Calender and ask for a few extra dollars more in dues????
