What do you mean?
The ARACHNE DOS browser! (maybe it's the only browser work under DOS) I hardly configured it to work under FreeDOS, but when I search for APM I found that it's dropped. Now maintained by hobbist, but almost no update except the core.
I mean what do you mean by "dropped"? Abandoned?
