I'm experimenting a bit with TDSK as I can see use for a ramdisk in
situations with read-only media and no memory drivers. Thus a small
conventional memory ramdisk needed for tiny temporary files, redirection
and pipe symbols, etc.

However I'm experiencing that the initialisation part of TDSK is taking
the first driveletter after regular partition driveletters. All fine and
well, except that this seems to hijack the driveletter which I've
already assigned to a CD drive, making that disappear.

Is there any way to let TDSK respect currently used/assigned driveletters?

I'm perfectly aware of other ramdisk drivers but this one seems to be
the only suitable one as it supports low memory.
