The plan is to have a new kernel release that supports gcc-i16 along with
Open Watcom and others; (using OW for the FreeDOS 1.3 main distribution,
[speculating] possibly with DOSEMU updating their FreeDOS archive to
include a gcc compiled version if it proves ready).
