Hi All, The new FreeDOS Interim Build T2303 is now available for testing.

First, the updated JEMM package provides some new additional executables. These extra new programs caused the floppy boot disk to exceed it’s storage capacity and the build to fail. I just needed to add those files to the diskette exclusion list. Then rerun the build. At which point for some unknown reason, the report generation had a failure. So, I just tweaked that small section to not fail if it happens again. Instead to print ERROR in the report. Once those two things were done, it spit out this months build. With the changes to how the installer goes about creating a partition, I simple booted the LiveCD in LiveMode in a virtual machine with a 9.5gb hard drive. The ran the installer. It created a single partition that used the entire drive. This was not really a test to make sure everything is working properly. It was only a test to make sure I made no typographic or syntax errors. There weren’t any. So, the changes are most likely good. However, it should be tested that it creates a single 2gb FAT-16 partition on real hardware.
